New request

Your customer just sends an email.
The system does the rest.

Solveport is a help desk running on your own address — yourcompany.solveport.app. Wherever requests come from — IT support, customer service, facilities, software support, field service — they all land in one place. Incoming email becomes a ticket, the SLA clock starts, resolutions turn into knowledge base articles, and satisfaction gets measured rather than assumed. Hosting, updates and backups are on us.

1 · New request

Email becomes a ticket — on its own

Your customers do not want to learn a portal. They do not have to: they simply write to your support address, and the system collects the messages every minute.

  • A new email opens a new ticket — the sender immediately receives a confirmation with the ticket number, and their attachments are stored on the ticket.
  • Replies stay with the ticket: the system recognises the ticket number in the subject line and files the message where it belongs.
  • No account needed. Customers can also submit a request from a public form — with a magic link, without registering.
  • Nothing gets lost. Every message is logged, so you can always see what was sent, to whom, and when.

Thank you, we are on it. A colleague will be in touch within 30 minutes.

Arrival → ticket → confirmation → reply. Automatically.

2 · In progress

Daily work, in the fast lane

The job is not opening tickets. The job is closing them — and knowing which one to pick up next.

  • Board view: drag a ticket to another status and everything follows — notification, audit trail, SLA clock.
  • The SLA clock knows your working hours. It pauses while you are waiting on the customer, and it does not run over the weekend.
  • Canned replies for questions you answer weekly — in your own words, not a template you have to fight.
  • Recurring tickets for preventive maintenance: monthly server checks, quarterly backup tests. They open themselves.
  • Time logging on the ticket, billable and non-billable separately — so the monthly invoice is not guesswork.

3 · Knowledge base

A knowledge base that prevents tickets

The same question, for the fourth time this month. It does not have to be.

  • Turn a resolution into an article in one step, straight from the ticket — while you still remember what actually fixed it.
  • Customers can read it in the portal, or you can keep an article internal for your own team.
  • Attach an article to a reply: the customer gets the answer and the full write-up in one message.

💡 These articles may help — one of them might solve it right away:
→ Printer not printing: first steps
→ Stuck print queue jobs

the answer arrives faster than the ticket

4 · Resolved

Do not hope they are satisfied. Know.

When a ticket is resolved, the customer gets a one-click rating request. No survey, no login — a single click in the email.

  • Satisfaction per ticket, with an optional comment — you see exactly which case went wrong, not just an average.
  • Resolution time in working hours, not calendar hours. A Friday evening ticket closed Monday morning is not a three-day case.
  • Reports you can hand to a client: ticket volume, response times, SLA compliance, logged hours — exportable.

And everything else a serious system needs

📅

Postponed tickets go into your calendar

Push a report to a later time and you can lift it into your calendar with one click, reminder included. It speaks up even on a day you never open the system.

🗄️

What is closed does not vanish

Old tickets can be archived: they leave the list, the statistics and the invoicing, yet can be brought back at any time. The system stays lean while the past remains.

🔑

Everyone sees only what concerns them

A colleague can be assigned to one or two customer companies: from then on they see only those tickets, hours and emails. Permissions are granted one by one — no need to make everyone an administrator.

🏢

Many customer companies, one system

One AI operation — translation, categorisation, summary, knowledge-base article — costs about 3 credits, so even the smallest plan’s 200 free monthly credits cover roughly 60 of them. The allowance refills every month; if one month runs short, credit can be topped up at any time and never expires. Ask us for the current top-up prices.
